My name is Suzy, but everyone who knows me, call me Suz. I’m a strong woman, wife to an amazing husband, Ryan, and Mommy to three AMAZING kiddos. Lucy is 9, Alice is 7 and Guy (our Leap Year baby) is 5.........technically he's still one. When I'm not chasing our kiddos, I enjoy running. I have run 4 marathons and several half marathons in support of the Crohns and Colitis Foundation. I started this blog as a way to cope with my disease, but what happened next was a beautiful thing. I started hearing from all over the world. I am here to share my journey, offer support and be an inspiration to all of my fellow IBD Warriors.
